O Papel das Fontes de Conhecimento Externo no Processo de Inovação das Design Houses brasileiras

Este estudo buscou identificar as fontes externas de conhecimento utilizadas pelas design houses brasileiras no desenvolvimento conjunto de projetos de circuitos integrados. Para isso, o método de pesquisa aplicado foi o survey, os instrumentos de coleta de dados adotados foram a análise documental e a aplicação de questionários estruturados com as design houses participantes do Programa CI-Brasil e especialistas da área de microeletrônica, e para análise dos dados foram utilizadas técnicas estatísticas com o auxílio do programa SPSS. Os resultados desta pesquisa mostraram que as design houses estudadas acessam diferentes fontes de conhecimento externo, como clientes, fornecedores, universidades e institutos de pesquisa, intermediários, além de outras DHs. Entretanto, também mostraram que as DHs não desenvolvem parcerias com órgãos do governo para ter acesso à programas de financiamento.
